Endeavor Mexico Gala 2019

For the 2019 Endeavor Gala & High-Impact Party, I collaborated on the visual identity and experiential design of a high-profile entrepreneurship event that brought together founders, investors, and industry leaders in an immersive celebration environment. The event combined editorial-inspired visuals, large-scale environmental graphics, digital touchpoints, and branded experiences to create a cohesive and elevated atmosphere.

Overview

The project required a visual system capable of living across multiple formats simultaneously: physical installations, digital media, motion graphics, event collateral, and social content. The challenge was creating a premium aesthetic that felt modern, energetic, and immersive while maintaining consistency across every attendee touchpoint.

My role extended beyond execution. I contributed across concept development, art direction, production design, photography, and on-site coordination to help ensure the visual experience translated seamlessly from concept to live event.

Creative Direction

The creative direction was rooted in the idea of unity — exploring how independent elements, people, and experiences come together to form a cohesive and dynamic whole. This concept guided both the visual system and the spatial experience of the event.

3D & Environmental Design

As part of the 3D exploration, I designed the main emblem for the event — a custom letter “E” representing Endeavor — built as a visual expression of the core concept of unity.

The emblem was constructed from distinct materials, each symbolizing a key part of the Endeavor ecosystem. Gold represented entrepreneurs, reflecting value, ambition, and growth. Diamond symbolized investors, capturing clarity, strength, and long-term vision. Ceramic represented volunteers, acknowledging the foundation of support within a non-profit organization.

These contrasting materials were intentionally combined into a single form, reinforcing the idea that different roles and contributions come together to create a unified and functioning system.

The emblem was designed not only as a static mark but as a dimensional object that could live across multiple applications — from large-scale screens to environmental graphics — adapting to light, motion, and spatial contexts.

3D & Environmental Design

For the High-Impact Party, the emblem evolved into a second interpretation: a crystal version of the “E”. This variation introduced a lighter, more playful tone, reflecting the shift from formal gala to a more relaxed, cocktail-driven networking environment. Transparency, reflections, and light refraction helped convey energy, fluidity, and social interaction.

Together, both versions of the emblem supported different moments of the event while maintaining a cohesive visual language — reinforcing the idea of one system expressed through multiple forms.

Print & Digital Assets

I designed and adapted a variety of branded materials across print and digital formats to ensure consistency throughout the attendee journey.

Deliverables included:

  • Event collateral

  • Signage systems

  • Presentation graphics

  • Digital promotional assets

  • Social media visuals

  • On-site branded materials

Because the event combined formal gala moments with a high-energy afterparty environment, the visual language needed to remain flexible while still feeling cohesive across every format.
